roofs. The presentation, titled “Foam Core Metal Roof” addresses
features and benefits, materials and finishes and follows with uses and

MCA has just completed development of a new program, titled “Mineral
Wool Panels in Fire Resistive Wall Construction”. The presentation
covers the components of mineral wool panels and how the products are
manufactured. Other areas addressed include product limitations and
handling techniques, fire resistive test methods and criteria for
approval, basic fire constructions, and how mineral wool panels fit
within the constraints of the IBC code.
